The Black Woman “has been called upon to create herself without model or precedent" she has been uniquely groomed to accept, even expect, a life of hardship and self-sacrifice.
But how BEAUTIFUL it is to see the her begin to remove this yoke from her shoulders and start aligning with the ease that is her birthright!
However, the program runs deep and too often the life of a Black woman is full of messages that can have her doubting herself and living a life that DOES NOT look like the one she dreamt of!
Why is that?
Because often she is taught, told, and expected to hold it down for EVERYBODY! TO SACRIFICE!
They've held it down for...
...their children...
...their mama, daddy, uncles, aunties, cousins, siblings, etc...
...their relationships...
...their jobs...
....their communities...
...their people ...
...all the while sacrificing their own well-being, physical AND mental health, their dreams, goals, and desires.
When that woman also happens to be in a position of leadership, that "cape" can sometimes be even more difficult to remove!
She is out here trying though!
She is going to therapy, getting coached, tapping into her spirituality, and really working on being intentional with this healing thing! And yet, something seems to be missing...

Spiritual Clinical GUIDE where I combine the above mentioned to provide a uniquely specialized experience that creates exceptional transformation!
As a clinical therapist with a solo practice it became glaringly apparent to me that although traditional therapy was providing needed support, there were many of my clients whose very souls needed attention. With everything going on in the world, simply processing trauma was not proving as effective as it once had, it seemed as if there was something missing.
Slowly I began introducing "alternative methods" to those who showed interest or who inquired about my tarot cards and crystals. We began discussing the chakras and how blockages in that system aligned with real life struggles. We researched astrology and clients were often surprised by the accuracy of their individual birth charts. Clients felt more empowered with the individualized information.
Unfortunately that is typically where it stopped as the restraints of time, insurance, and other barriers of the medical model limited the scope of the work I was able to do and so I created my own model, Spiritual Clinical Guidance!
What is Spiritual Clinical Guidance?
First let me tell you what it I'SNT!
This is NOT traditional therapy, this is MORE than traditional therapy!
This is where I bring all my clinical skills, resources, and tools without the limitations or boxes built into traditional therapy so I there will be no diagnosis.
However, as stated above, I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Trauma Specialist who understands that not all trauma can be accessed via talking alone which is why I got trained in additional techniques that unfortunately are not readily available in the BIPOC community (EMDR, TF- CBT, DBT). By working with me you will have access to these specialized modalities plus more traditional therapeutic models.
In addition you will be provided with access to somatic techniques such as trauma informed therapeutic yoga that helps to release psychological pain trapped in the body.
On top of THAT we add in the astrology, Tarot, and other spiritual modalities for increased self-awareness, understanding, and mastery!
So NO this is not therapy, this is "Specialized Therapeutic Guidance"!
It is where I get to bring ALL of me to be of service to YOU!
It is the combining of my clinical expertise with my spiritual gifts to provide a uniquely specialized experience that creates exceptional transformation. It is where I walk along side you in your journey handing you the tools you need to meet any obstacle.
There are two ways to work with me 1-on-1.
An "Astarology" Reading-We meet once with the option of one follow-up
3 Months- We make a three month commitment to do the work
The longer you work with me the more resources you are provided, the more access you get to me between sessions, and the more work we are able to do!

Identify 2-3 areas of focus or ask 2- 3 questions to be submitted 48 hours before session along with birth information.
Birthchart and other profiles (Human Design/Gene Keys) will be pulled before hand.
During the session we will discuss the areas identified/ go over answers to the questions based off of the information gathered.
Strengths, weaknesses, and areas of opportunity will be identified.
Together we will create next steps and a personalized plan of action.
If time permits, cards will be pulled and a quick reading done to provide any further advice.
Session will be recorded at the clients request for reference
PRICE For 1-Off Sessions- $247

Will meet bi-monthly, one week for discussion, data collection, and processing, off week for integration and implementation
Introduction to Chakra System with 1-2 chakras being identified for intentional healing
Personalized meditations and affirmations for the identified chakras to aid in healing
Access to Chakra and Crystals E-Guide
Card pulls will take place via each live session to help inform the work done in session as well as to identify areas of focus during session
Access to all therapeutic resources and tools as appropriate
PRICE FOR 3 MONTH COMITTMENT- $1,297 paid in full or $247 per session,
"ASTAROLOGY" Reading
Client can identify up to 6 areas of focus in which to deep dive via the various tools mentioned above
Client will get access to updated Chakra and Crystal E-Guide + Journal
Will identify up to four effected chakras for intentional healing as well as personalized meditations and affirmations for the identified chakras
Client will receive a personalized yoga sequence adapted for the clients range of motion and abilities as a form of somatic healing
During the "On" week card reading the client can request a channeled message related to any current obstacles/areas of uncertainty or general guidance
Client will also receive check-ins during the "Off" week via a messenger ap that will include a "Mood Check"
Client will receive a "Wisdom for Healing" oracle card pull mid week via messenger app
